Renewed Mid-century Modern
This renovation transforms a Frankenstein ranch house randomly added onto over the years into a unified whole to match the needs of a young family. The design provided much needed access to the back yard and created several living areas to accommodate different situations. The end result is light and airy, but settles well within the established neighborhood setting.

New construction home in Texas. Designed for aging in place, this home offers a comfortable plan built around a courtyard. Built adjacent to a draw, the screened porch takes advantage of the grade change, is elevated and feels like a tree house.
